Art buyers and wannabe collectors take note: Next weekend the Sculpture Objects & Functional Art exposition returns to Navy Pier as SOFA Chicago 2000. Known for bringing top-notch galleries from Switzerland to Seattle to town for the past six years, the expo has expanded its line-up this year to include half a dozen leading British galleries. Other highlights include displays and presentations by members of such groups as the American Craft Museum Collectors Circle, the James Renwick Alliance of the Smithsonian Institution and the Art Alliance for Contemporary Glass.
