Community Relations Coordinator for the First National Bank of Evergreen Park for many years, past president of Evergreen Park Elementary School P.T.A., Community High School P.T.A. and District Council P.T.A., past president of Evergreen Park Women’s Club and American Business Women’s Club and past vice-president of Ill. Federation of Women’s Clubs, charter member of Evergreen Park Garden Club and Business and Professional Women’s Club, trustee and secretary of Evergreen Park Library Board. Along with Martin Ozinga, helped establish and served on the Board of the Evergreen Park Unit of the American Cancer Society. Administrative Assistant of the Evergreen Park Chamber of Commerce for many years, named Citizen of the Year in 1974 and received Sr. Citizen Community Service Award in 1997.
