Pre-construction sales are underway at HarborPark, a development of 254 condominiums and townhouses along Kenosha Harbor in Kenosha.

The one-level condos, multi-level townhouses, tri-level townhouses and single-level marina condos are base-priced from $79,000 to $495,000.

The Park Residences are studio, one- and two-bedroom condos in a three-story masonry and cement building with lakefront or park views. The 10 plans range from 550 to 1,298 square feet and are base-priced from $79,000 to $131,000. Each home has a balcony or patio, kitchen with all appliances and underground parking.

The Villas are multi-level residences with two or three stories base-priced from $145,000 to $211,000. The four floor plans offer two or three bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and range from 1,594 to 2,270 square feet. They have a 1 1/2-car garage and one or more decks. The three plans of the Tri-Level Townhomes range from 1,750 to 2,444 square feet and have two or three bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 3 baths, attached two-car garage, unfinished basement, three decks and 9-foot main-floor ceilings. End units have fourth-floor bonus rooms with 360-degree views of Lake Michigan and the marina. Base-priced from $160,000 to $185,000, the homes have wood windows with vinyl clad exteriors, private entry with front porch, wood railings, solid surface countertops, GE Profile appliances, fireplace, 9-foot ceilings throughout, whirlpool tub, marble or hardwood flooring in foyers, solid surface countertops and Moen faucets.

– Sales are underway for Monee Fairgrounds, a development by Phillippe Construction of 85 single-family homes in south suburban Monee. Base-priced from $148,900 to $179,900, the 14 floor plans range from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet and typically include three or four bedrooms, 2 or 2 1/2 baths, great rooms, eat-in kitchens, master suites, basements and attached two-car garages.

The ranch, 1 1/2-story, split-level, tri-level and two-story plans also include central air conditioning and insulated vinyl windows. Formal dining rooms are offered in some plans.

Sales hours are noon to 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Monee Fairgrounds is a half mile east of Governors Highway and a quarter mile south of Will Center Road. To visit, take Interstate Highway 57 south to Monee-Manhattan Road. Turn east to Governors Highway and proceed south to Court Street. Travel east about a quarter mile to Will Center Road, then south to Margaret Street and west to the community entrance and signs.

– Sheldon Good & Co. is conducting an open-outcry auction of 12 condominiums from Creekside Pointe in northwest suburban Barrington at 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Hyatt Regency Woodfield, 1800 E. Gold Rd., Schaumburg.

Built by Burnside Homes, each of the condos has two bedrooms and two baths and one parking space in a heated garage

Originally priced to $340,000, they have suggested opening bids of $125,000 with a $15,000 certified or cashier’s check required to buy.

Four of the units will be sold absolute, regardless of price.

– A sales center and model has opened at Central Park Townhomes, a condominium and townhouse gated development at 14th Place and Wabash Avenue in Chicago’s South Loop.

Phase I consists of 13 renovated units in a four-story red brick building with tall windows and gabled roofs. Ranging from 2,775 to 5,800 square feet, they have three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a family room with French doors opening onto a yard, and 1 1/2- or 2-car garages. They are base-priced from $539,900.

The two end units can include up to five bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and 5,800 square feet. They are priced from $899,900.

The 24 new-construction units in Phase II will overlook a courtyard and range from 1,075 to 2,520 square feet. Base-priced from $234,900 to $549,900, they include garage parking, yards and balconies. Amenities include hardwood floors, fireplaces, gourmet kitchens and master baths.

– Closeout sales are underway on the final phase at Pheasant Chase, a development of 190 single-family homes in west suburban Bolingbrook. The 17 remaining houses are available in eight floor plans ranging from 1,681 to 2,207 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 2 or 2 1/2 baths, and a basement. They are base-priced from $162,774 to $189,444.

There are also four field models available for immediate occupancy, priced from $165,279 to $189,059. Three of the homes are two-story plans ranging from 2,101 to 2,207 square feet with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and the remaining one is a 1,681-square-foot ranch plan with three bedrooms and two baths.

The Pheasant Chase sales center is 2 miles north of Interstate Highway 55, at the intersection of Lily Cache and Weber Roads.

– Pre-construction sales are scheduled to begin in early November for 1111 S. Wabash, a 34-story new-construction condominium development by the Gammonley Group in Chicago’s .

The 28 floor plans will include 27 convertibles, 72 one-bedroom or one-bedroom-plus-den units, 188 two-bedroom or two-bedroom-plus-den layouts, 28 three-bedroom or three-bedroom-plus-den plans and three duplex penthouses.

Convertibles with 764 square feet are base-priced from $148,000. One-bedroom layouts with 812 square feet are priced from $158,000 and those with dens and 936 square feet, from $195,000. Two-bedroom, two-bath plans are priced from $242,000 and those with a den and 1,439 square feet are priced from $300,000.

Penthouses on floors 26 through 30 will have three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with 1,868 square feet, base-priced from $435,000, and three-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath units with 2,080 square feet, priced from $480,000.

Penthouses on floors 31 and 32 will have three bedrooms and range from 1,750 to 3,086 square feet. They are base-priced from $469,000 to $827,000. Some units have terraces. Penthouses on the 33rd and 34th floors range from 1,498 to 4,270 square feet and are base-priced from $450,000 to $1.2 million.

Some sixth-floor units will have private terraces overlooking the building’s outdoor pool on the parking garage roof.

The building will have ground-floor retail space, including a spa and salon, dry cleaners, valet, and lobby-level business center and conference room. Amenities include 24-hour doorman, rooftop party room and fitness center. Parking is $30,000 a space.
