Thank you for daring to print “Been down this road before” (Commentary, Oct. 26), by Ali Abunimah, about the Middle East situation.
I find too many papers only hold to the Israeli position and forget that Israel is the oppressor and the Palestinians are the oppressed. I have visited the West Bank and Israel 20 different times, and I have watched with sadness as the settlements grow larger, with their green lawns and swimming pools, while the refugee camps remain the same with a scarcity of water.
