Nemec Jr., WWII Merchant Marine Vet., age 82, beloved husband and best friend (50 years) to Lucille, nee Barone; loving father to Peter III (Lobo) and the late LuAnne; dearest son of the late Peter and Agnes Nemec. Mr. Nemec engineered at local companies of International Harvester, Union Carbide, Ford AED, Sunbeam and Goodman Mining. During WWII, Lt. Nemec served aboard troop transports, tankers and cargo ships in the Atlantic, Pacific and Mediterranean Theaters of operations (1941-1946). Member of Midwest AMMV.
