Divers have recovered the body of a Spencer County man from the Ohio River. The body of Hal F. Hanser, 55, of Fulda was taken to Deaconess St. Joseph’s Hospital in Huntingburg, where an autopsy determined he had drowned, Spencer County Coroner Bob Dooley said.
The circumstances surrounding the death are still under investigation, but foul play has been ruled out, Dooley said.
