William H. Fulton, of Stuart, Florida, died on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2000 at the Hospice of Martin & St. Lucie, Inc., Stuart. Born in 1923 in Scotland, he emigrated with his parents in 1926. Raised in Dearborn, Michigan, he graduated from the University of Michigan. He worked as a sales executive with Moore Business Forms, residing in South Bend, Indiana, Birmingham, Michigan and Barrington, Illinois. A model Christian, he served as a Trustee of the Mariner Sands Chapel, overseeing a broad based community outreach program. He is survived by his wife Raymonda; his brother James; three sons, William III, Peter and Raymond, a daughter Polly, their spouses; and nine grandchildren. Inurnment will be in the Mariner Sands Memorial Garden followed by a Memorial Service in Chapel at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2000. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested for the Outreach Projects of Mariner Sands Chapel, 6500 Congressional Way, Stuart, FL 34997.
