Name, arrow, dot. Name, arrow, dot. It’s referred to as sequencing. In the school district I reside in, it’s taught in the early primary grades. Perhaps Floridians who found this so confusing should go back to first grade and this time around pay attention.

My first-grade niece had no problem using the Florida ballot and, when instructed to vote for Al Gore, George Bush and Pat Buchanan, did so correctly each time.
