John Watson, 93, of Elmhurst, beloved husband of the late Grace T., nee Taylor; fond father of Rev. Stephen (Sharon); grandfather of four. He established a scholarship for economically disadvantaged students in the name of his late wife, Grace, at Elmhurst College, where she graduated with honors in 1974. He retired as General Manager and Vice President with TRW for whom he ran three Chicago area plants. He was also a 45 year member of the Rotary Club of Elmhurst and longtime member of St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, Elmhurst. Memorial Services 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 13 at Lexington Square, 400 W. Butterfield Rd., Elmhurst. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Whitinsville, MA.
