Greg A. Hamming, 43, of 7266 Hwy 42, Egg Harbor, passed away at his home Wednesday evening, January 3, 2001. He was born October 17, 1957 in Wilmette, IL, the son of Kenneth and Joyce, nee Thom, Hamming. Originally a stained glass artist and designer, Greg started Custom Wood Company in 1980, and in 1991, with his wife Christine, expanded the business as Internal Affairs, Egg Harbor. This past year he had been featured artist at the Neville Public Museum in Green Bay. Survivors include Christine of Egg Harbor; three children, Melissa, Onalle and Christopher; one brother, Steven (Fran) of Wilmette, IL; one sister, Nancy (Jamie) Anderson of Mission Viejo; parents, Kenneth and Joyce Hamming of Naples, FL; his dogs: Jazz, Dillon, Teddy Bear and George; horses: Poco, Zoey, True Girl, Seven, Spider Man and Hope. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Huehns Funeral Home of Sturgeon Bay, (formerly Davis Mortuary) assisted the family with arrangements. 920-743-5635.
