Nancy Benson-Honor, 65, of Huntley, IL, formerly of Chicago. Born, raised and educated in Chicago, Nancy was a 35 year veteran of the Chicago advertising agencies, holding several executive positions including Vice President at Ogilvey-Mather and most recently at Leo Burnett Advertising until her retirement in 2000. Loving mother to Brad H. (Julie) and J. Scott Benson; beloved grandmother to Ashley Jean Benson; dear sister to A. Richard (Barbara) Adkins; fond aunt to James Adkins and Carrie (Marc) Svendson. Funeral Services will be on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the Laird Funeral Home, 120 S. Third St. (corner of Third and Oregon), West Dun-dee, IL, 847-836-8770. Burial will be in Ridgewood Cemetery, Des Plaines. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
