Terence “Rahim” Ellen, of Reseda, CA, formerly of Passaic, NJ, departed this life on Friday, Jan. 12, 2001, beloved father of Terence Elijah Ellen and Erika Joyce Ellen; son of West Ellen and Joyce Ellen; brother of Eric A. Ellen; grandson of Francis Jernigan, John and Dorothy Douglas; nephew of Donald Tooley, Mauritius McClardy, Deborah Barbee, Alberta Jernigan, Pay Meyer and Merchuria Jernigan; great-nephew of Florence Daniels; also survived by dear friends John Bryand and Cliff Barnes and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and neighbors. Services Friday, 7 p.m. at the Union Baptist Church, 219 Myrtle Ave., Passaic, NJ. Interment East Ridgelawn Cemetery.
