Cyrl “Niki” Allen, age 95, devoted mother of Mimi (Jan) Housinger and the late Yale (Eve); preceded in death by her loving husband Jack, who died in 1957; “granny” to Laura Allen, Jacqueline (Jordan) Jacobowitz, Ken (Sharon), Jason (Susie) and Arthur Housinger; great-“granny” to Rachel, Jack and Hannah. Longtime Chicago area Brownie leader and Chicago Park District Instructor. A chapel service will be held Monday, January 22, 2001, at 1 p.m. at Scott-North Shore Chapels, 1104 Waukegan Road, Glenview. Interment Westlawn Cemetery.
