In “Loyally listening to Limbaugh so you don’t have to,” Eric Zorn neatly if unknowingly demonstrates the very reason for Rush Limbaugh’s wide popularity:
He speaks directly to this country’s millions of conservatives without the filtering and interference of the liberal media establishment.
So he should consider himself free to spend his time on something more productive than the patronizing parsing of Mr. Limbaugh’s words.
In fact, we like our Limbaugh unbound, thanks, and I think we can handle it direct from the source.
It’s a lot more accurate that way.
