The American Public Works Association, Fox Valley chapter, recently honored Baxter & Woodman Inc. Consulting Engineers with its Year 2000 Project of the Year Award for the firm’s design of improvements at the City of Geneva’s wastewater treatment plant. The $5 million project also received the Year 2000 Merit Award presented by the Consulting Engineers Council of Illinois in the water and wastewater category.
