Gene Fazio, 63, died Jan. 13, 2001 in Las Vegas, NV. He was born March 11, 1937 in Chicago and was a 16 year resident of Las Vegas. He had been under the care of hospice at home. He is survived by his wife, Beverly, of Las Vegas; mother-in-law, Gudrun Mickelsen; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert (Jean) Mickelsen, Al (Barbara) Ciapponi and Joseph (Carol) Bach, all of Illinois; numerous nieces and nephews and greatnieces and nephews. Arrangements made by Desert Memorial Cremation Society in Las Vegas.
