Husband of the late Cecilia Fitzgerald; father of Sheila Vertenten, Kathy Kane, Molly Roberts, Jim Kane, Owen Kane IV, Patti Root, Nancy Richards, Kevin Kane and the late Timothy Kane; grandfather of 20; great-grandfather of four; brother of Lucille LaNoue. Funeral Thursday, Jan. 25, 2001 at Holy Angels Church in Aurora at 11 a.m. Interment at Marywood Cemetery in Aurora.
