Robert Thomas Oelrich Jr., retired computer programmer, died suddenly at age 55 on January 18 in his home in Delray Beach, Florida. Beloved brother of Marjorie Oelrich Gustafson, Thomas Oelrich, Jean Oelrich and Michael Oelrich; brother-in-law of Susan Oelrich and Bert Gustafson; uncle to nieces Katie and Britt Gustafson; preceded in death by parents Robert and Gertrude and sister Kay. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. A celebration of Bob’s life, offering friends and family an opportunity to share memories, will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 27 at the home of Tom and Sue Oelrich, 276 Eclipse Drive, Carol Stream. 630-690-7502.
