Irene D. Vileta, 74, formerly of Crestwood, died Tuesday, January 2, 2001 in Las Vegas, NV. Ms. Vileta was born August 15, 1926 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Jennie and Benjamin Vileta. She had been a resident of the Las Vegas area for the past six years after retiring as a beautician and hair salon owner. She was the loving mother of the late Joseph Tushkowski, Ronald Tushkowski and Carol Whitcomb; dearest grandmother of Ronald Tushkowski and Lynn Starshak; greatgrandmother of Joshua, Jeremy and Jacob Starshak; fond sister of Grace Shenk and Benjamin Vileta. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 27, 10 a.m. at St. Bernadette’s Church, 9343 S. Francisco Ave., Evergreen Park, IL 60805. Interment private.
