Constantine F. Jendrzejczyk, age 89, formerly of the Chicago area, passed away January 23, 2001, he is survived by a daughter, Constance (James) Creed, of DeMotte, IN; three grandchildren, Laurel, Colleen and Shawn; great-grandchild, Brody Creed; sisters, Anna “Sheffy” Szewczyk, Helen O’Connor and Elizabeth Parker; many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his wife Eugenia (Makowski) Jendrzejczyk. A memorial mass will be held at St. Helen’s Catholic Church, in Hebron on Monday, January 29, 2001 at 10 a.m. Cremation at the Burns Funeral Home Crematory will precede the memorial mass. There will be no visitation. Burns Funeral Home (corner 101st and Broadway), Merrillville/Crown Point, IN, chapel in charge of arrangements.
