George Blanas, Vet. WWII U.S. Navy, beloved husband of Bessie, nee Bouchikas; loving father of Steve (Mary-ann), Michael (Janice) and Dean (Roseann); devoted grandfather of Claudia (Brian) Shelton, Carol, Blake, Corina, Brian, Kaitlin, Audrey, Nick and Paul; dear brother of Christine (the late James) Rozaklis and the late Theodore (Maryann); dear uncle and cousin of many. He owned the Glenview Country House Restaurant for 30 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post #0208 Arlington Heights.
