John D. Fanslow, 60, a 32-year resident of Schaumburg, was the owner and operator there of A+ Blind Cleaning Co., a home improvement service. Mr. Fanslow died Sunday, Jan. 28, in his home. Mr. Fanslow was an Army veteran. “He loved his sports,” said his daughter Judith. “He was an avid golfer, bicyclist and dart player.” Other survivors include his wife of 37 years, June; two more daughters, Jodie Scaminaci and Jane; a brother, George; and a sister, Jean Ganske. A service was held Wednesday in Schaumburg.
