Joseph Virgil Wilburn, 87, of Victoria, TX, formerly of Chicago, passed away Friday, Feb. 2, 2001, born March 3, 1913 in Chicago to the late Vincent H. and Lillian Steffer Wilburn. He was retired from the Maintenance Dept. of the Crane Company after 30 years. Husband of Anne Stevens Wilburn; father of Sharon (Ladie) Kacir of Victoria, TX, and Steven (Natalie) of Fond du Lac, WI; grandfather of four and the late Kevin Sheilds; great-grandfather of six. Visitation Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2001, 7 to 8 p.m. at Rosewood Funeral Chapels, 3304 Mockingbird Ln., Victoria, TX. Funeral Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2001, 10 a.m. at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, Rev.
