Raymond F. Stone, born August 25, 1901 in DeKalb, IL, died February 2, 2001 in Palm Springs, CA. Graduate of DeKalb High School and Northwestern University. Employed by Commonwealth Edison from February 1928 until July 1972. Married to Phyllis (died February 1994) in 1937. His daughter, Deborah R. Stone of Palm Desert, CA, and sisters-in-law Mildred Stone and Ruth Van Kirk survive him. They, as well as his nieces and nephews, Philip, Donna, Robert, and Carol, Van Kirk, and their families, will miss him. Private funeral.
