Spud was a physical education teacher and coach for 34 years at Glenbrook South High School, Glenview. Visitation Thursday, 4 to 9 p.m. at N.H. Scott & Hebblethwaite Funeral Home, 1240 Waukegan Rd., Glenview (2 blocks South of Lake Ave. on West Side), where funeral service will be held Friday, 10:30 a.m. Interment Private.
