Adele De Ano, at peace Feb. 5, 2001, born April 1, 1903 in Bellwood, IL to the late Augusta Kirschbaum Dickman and Otto Dickman. Adele was the 4th born of four daughters and one son. Her father was a policeman who helped build the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bellwood. She was married on June 15, 1921 to Rocco De Ano, the only Dentist in Melrose Park at the time, who died in 1960. She is also preceded in death by a loving son Robert J. De Ano in 1979. Survivors include her daughter Arlene (Byron) Hawkins of Rye, NY; daughter-in-law Zola Weigel, of Hot Springs, AR; six grandchildren; and seven greatgrandchildren; and a sister Elsie Gregor of Arlington Heights, IL, at Pedersen-Ryberg Mortuary, 435 N.
