William J. Oliver, 79, of Twin Lakes, WI, died Feb. 5, 2001 from complications following a stroke. He is survived by his wife Arline, nee Ridgway; sons Park (Jean) and John (Elizabeth); daughter Claire Sterner; and five grandchildren. Memorial Service Saturday, Feb. 17, 2001, 11 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 6000 Broadway, Richmond, IL 60071. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church appreciated.
