Raymond E. Shayler, 76, of Harvard died Wednesday, Feb. 7, in Rockford Memorial Hospital. He was a roofing and tiling tradesman in the construction industry. Mr. Shayler served in the Navy during World War II. Survivors include his wife, Nina, and a brother, Donald. Services will be private.
