Helene Lacheta, age 59, of Walkerton (Fish Lake) IN, formerly of Chicago, died February 9, 2001, Employee of Playboy Company for 11 years, survived by a brother Andrew Lacheta of West Chicago; and one nephew Aaron Lacheta of Chicago; preceded in death by parents, Andrew Lacheta and Martha Lacheta, nee Dzikowski. Memorial Service at Fish Lake Assembly of God Church on Tuesday, February 13, 2001, at 11 a.m. Pastor Art Good officiating. Family and Friends may gather from 10 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at Fish Lake Assembly of God Church. Helene was involved with Fish Lake Assembly of God and also with the Special Olympics.
