Randall B. Howard, 52, President of Business Systems, Inc. in South Bend, IN, beloved husband of Gail J. Seeger; devoted father of Matthew and Courtney Howard; dearest son of Verle and Velma Howard; dear brother of Joy Hayes, Hope Schneider, Kelly Hartman and Karen Leyba. Randall was born on Jan. 1, 1949 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He passed away at home in Riverside, IL on Feb. 5, 2001 after a courageous battle with bladder cancer.
