Our representatives in Washington are looking a little foolish blustering about the pardon President Bill Clinton gave to Marc Rich. They pretend as if doing favors for cash is a new phenomenon in Washington. Their cries of foul play wouldn’t ring so hollow if the gentlemen who are crying the loudest against this form of bribery weren’t the same ones actively resisting campaign reform.
