Mary Evangeline Elliot, nee Driscoll, died peacefully at home, January 26, 2001, at age 45, surrounded by her family. For 11/2 years she fought a courageous and graceful battle with a brain tumor. Mary is survived by her loving husband, Gene Elliot; and her four year old daughter, Elizabeth Ashley Elliot. Mary is also survived by her mother, Sally Driscoll; her father and stepmother, Jerry and Nancy Driscoll; sisters,Kathleen (Kenton) Braun and Cynthia (Tariq) Asghar; and brother, Tim. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service at 3 p.m. Saturday, February 17 at Mary Queen of Heaven Church, 426 N. West, Elmhurst.
