Lucille R. Nixon, 76 years, of Las Vegas, NV, formerly of Chicago, IL, died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2001. She was a retired executive from the Electrical Contracting Co. She moved to Los Angeles from Chicago in 1978 and later moved to Las Vegas in 1998. She was a member of Women’s Brandeis. Survivors include her husband, Marvin L. Nixon of Las Vegas, NV; daughters, Wendy Loeb of Flossmoor, IL and Heidi Hersh of Las Vegas, NV; a son, Richard Hersh of Las Vegas, NV; and six grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Palm Mortuary-Cheyenne, Sunday, Feb. 18, 2001 at 10 a.m. The family request that memorial donations be made to Women’s Brandeis.
