I was pleased to read the comments by Charles Falk in his Feb. 7 letter, “The trouble with executives.”

For a long time I have said that the problem with business is that there are too many MBAs running around. Somehow a person who gets an MBA suddenly has credibility that is not deserved or earned.

Responsibility is heaped upon those with degrees but have not acquired wisdom needed to do the job. It takes courage to promote the person with wisdom but not the paper credentials obtained in a classroom.
