John T. Carney, 45 years old, of Batavia, formerly of Winnetka, passed away Feb. 6, 2001 in Las Vegas, NV, preceded in death by his parents, John J. Carney and Janet A. Carney; loving brother of Michael (Brenda), Denise (Richard) Wahlund, Thomas S. and Linda J.; preceded in death by his uncle, Lawrence; dear nephew of Nancy Carney and Daniel Carney. Funeral services are private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Children’s Memorial Hospital.
