Elizabeth A. Herbert, 76, of Mount Prospect, IL. Beloved wife of the late Robert P. Herbert; loving daughter of the late Stefan and Anna Mikulka; dear cousin to Patricia, Ronald, Robert, Wayne, William, Carol, John, and their respected families. She’ll also be remembered by her mother-in-law Beth Herbert; niece Marianne, and many dear friends. She was a graduate of the Art Institute of Chicago and pursued a career in commerical art. She was an avid gardener, a lover of animals, the Opera, and pursued a number of past-times including sculpting wood.
