– Concord Homes is starting its final phase of sales at Concord at Cornerstone Lakes a development of 194 houses in West Chicago.

Concord offers seven floor plans base-priced from $280,990 to $328,490 with 2,338 to 3,489 square feet. They have three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 baths, basements and attached two- or three-car garages. Lots are a quarter acre and larger.
