Thalia K. Geroulis, nee Kakarakis, beloved wife of the late Judge James A. Geroulis; loving mother of Dr. Anthony J. (Mirofora), Barbara Jeanne Geroulis and Mary Anne (Nicholas) O’Neill; proud grandmother of Anthony James Geroulis; dear sister of Chris (the late James) Kartsunes, James (Colleen) Kakarakis and the late Loula (the late John) Kontogiannis, Ismene Rangraves and George (Bea) Kakarakis; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Geroulis was a graduate of Northwestern University and active with its alumni assoc. as well as the Lyric Opera, Art Institute, Chicago Yacht Club and Michigan Shores Club. Her hobbies included bridge and economics. Visitation Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Visitation Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of services at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, 5649 N. Sheridan Rd., Chicago, IL 60660. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
