Abraham Gurwitz, age 87, of North Miami, FL, formerly of Skokie, beloved husband for 55 years of Cherna, nee Trotsky; loving father of Deborah (Kent) Brody; adored Papa of Stephanie and Jason Crane, Bill, Andrew and Elizabeth Brody. He will be dearly missed by his friends, students and the many whose lives he touched.
