Evelyn Van Dyke, nee McGraham, age 89, of Merrillville, IN, formerly of Venice, FL and South Chicago, passed away Saturday, Feb. 17, loving mother of Ronald (Joanne) Van Dyke of Griffith, IN; dear grandmother of Laureen (Robert) Goddard of Munster, IN, Claudia (Tim) Tharp, of DeMotte, IN and Amy (Ty) Bradford, of Munster, IN; dearest great-grandmother of Paul, Adam and Skyler; she was preceded in death by her husband John of 55 years of marriage and one son John Jr. Mrs. Van Dyke was retired Executive Secretary and Assistant in Administration with South Chicago Hospital in 1973 after 17 years of service.
