The Real Ale Festival returns to Goose Island this year. The event is devoted to cask ale, that British peculiarity that is dispensed by its own pressure from the vessel it has fermented in. The fest will offer samples of about 165 ales from America and overseas. Admission costs $10 per session and includes a souvenir glass, program and tickets for five beer samples. Additional tickets are $1 apiece. The tasting sessions run 5 to 11 p.m. March 2 and noon to 11 p.m. March 3 at Goose Island Wrigleyville, 3535 N.
