There may be few better excuses to enjoy good food and drink than the March of Dimes’ “Taste of Life” benefit Wednesday at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers. There, chefs from 25 of Chicago’s top restaurants will be cooking up bite-size delights for attendees to gobble up in between bidding for fabulous culinary goodies in a silent auction. One prize package features McCormick & Schmick’s chef Paul Katz coming to your home to prepare a clambake dinner for six. Tickets are $80 in advance or $85 at the door. The Sheraton is at 301 E.
