Barbara L. Jaffe, 82, of Tucson, AZ, passed away February 15, 2001, in Phoenix, AZ. She was preceded in death by husbands, Paul Siever and Jack Jaffe. She is survived by children, Ellen Siever (Stephen Deutsch), Leslie (James) Miller, and John (Connie) Siever; stepchildren, Jon (Joanne) Jaffe and Jennifer Jaffe; and grandchildren, Michael Deutsch, Tyler Wagenseller, Richard Siever, David Siever, and Jonathon Jaffe Jr. Services will be held in Tucson, AZ.
