Catherine Louise Reiners, nee Amidon, 86, of Downers Grove, formerly of Clarendon Hills and Oak Lawn, she is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Bernard; children William Reiners, Jean Moser and Marilyn Taylor; grandchildren Julie Moser, Peter Reiners, Matthew Taylor, Kristen Moser-Frost, Derek Reiners, David Moser, Jesse Taylor and Lucian Taylor; and brother William Amidon. She was a highly accomplished pianist and organist and served the Congregation of Pilgrim Faith United Church of Christ, Oak Lawn as church organist. She was an extremely gifted and passionate musician who believed that her talent in music was a gift from God and was to be shared with others to enrich their lives.
