The Feb. 23 editorial “Annual testing is a good idea if . . .” suggests that teachers might better spend the time preparing for exams by “leading discussions about literature or astrology.”
I suspect that the science of astronomy was intended instead of the pseudoscience of astrology.
It is bad enough that there is a daily column that gives people the impression that they are not in control of their own lives. This daily horoscope gives the impression that it is, rather, the planet positions that are driving the lives of everyone based upon which zodiacal sign each person was born under.
