On the ballot: Democratic nominations in North Chicago for mayor, clerk and aldermen in Wards 4 and 5, and Democratic nominations for mayor, city clerk and treasurer in Waukegan. Also, referendum measures in Community High School District 128, Warren Township High School District 121 and Waukegan Community Unit School District 60.
