Eileen A. Frantes, 87, formerly of Naperville and Downers Grove, died Saturday, Feb. 24, in Oak Village, a retirement home in Oaktown, Ind. Born in Langdon, N.D., Mrs. Frantes was a homemaker and a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Lisle. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Ericksen; two stepdaughters, June Davis and Jean Johnson; two sisters, Patricia Hitzschke and Evelyn Goddell; 21 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville. Services will be held at 9:15 a.m. Friday in the funeral home, with mass said at 10 a.m. in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Front Street and Kingston Avenue, Lisle.
