Sarah Goldberger, nee Hazan, age 88, died March 6, 2001, longtime resident of Park Forest and Olympia Fields, beloved wife of the late Melvin A.; cherished daughter of the late Rayna Hazan, Rose Hazan and Samuel Hazan; loving mother of Shelly (the late Mansur) Ekhtiar, David (Abigail Harding) and Ruth (David) Sterlin; grandmother of Maryam, Benjamin, Anna, Samuel, Miriam, Jennifer and Aaron; and great-grandmother of Natalie; fond sister of Bruna, Louis, Ruth, Earl, Lenore and the late Sondra. Memorial service to be held Sunday, March 11, 1:30 p.m., at Congregation Beth Am, 225 North McHenry Road, Buffalo Grove, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to your charity of choice appreciated.
