Trochim; mother of Marilyn Chase Hughes (Walter); dearest nana of Peter (Nancy) Chase, Michael (Annie) Chase and Elizabeth Chase; great-grandmother of Ted, Ben, Jimmy, Julia and Martha Chase; daughter of the late Joseph and the late Mary Kowalczyk; sister of Mary Ann (the late Dr. Emil) Videk, the late Irene and the late Josephine Kowalczyk. Funeral services and interment have been held.
