George Bush has changed his rationale for a tax cut so many times, I am beginning to lose track. Is it needed because we should be allowed to control our own money, or is it because the economy needs a boost, or is it needed to pay off our outrageous energy bills?
I wouldn’t be surprised to hear him say it is needed to free our spy plane in China.
